Objective: Stretch marks (striae) can be distressing for many people, and currently available treatments are less than optimal. No adverse events occurred.ДЄ single combination treatment of MFU-V and diluted CaHA+ improves SDA without side effects and may be considered for patients seeking to minimize SDA.

At the end of the study, all patients were less bothered with their SDA compared with baseline with a mean reduction of 2.7 in visual analog score, and all patients were satisfied or very satisfied with the treatment.

All patients had improved global aesthetic improvement scale at 3 and 6 months, with 4 patients being much improved, and 3 patients being very much improved at 6 months. The mean overall SDA score was 11.6 at baseline, 11.1 (not significant) at 1 month, 7.9 (P = 0.005) at 3 months, and 6.2 (P = 0.005) at 6 months. Physicians' assessment with the quartile grading scale showed that 8 patients improved moderately, whereas 2 had good improvement at 6 months. Ten prospectively enrolled women with abdominal, back or thigh SDA were treated with MFU-V at 3 focal depths (4.5, 3.0, and 1.5 mm), followed by 3-6 mL of diluted CaHA+ (1:1 ratio) in the same session. This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of a single treatment combining microfocused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V) and subdermal diluted calcium hydroxylapatite with lidocaine (CaHA+) for Striae Distensae Albae (SDA). Combining 1:1 diluted CaHA with microneedling and topical ascorbic is safe and effective for treating stretch marks. Procedures were well tolerated.Д¬onclusion.

Skin biopsies showed increased quantity and quality of collagen and elastin fibers in areas treated with combination therapy. Analysis revealed a significant correlation between Scar Scale scores and Patient Satisfaction scores (r = 0.483 P = 0.003). This was immediately followed by microneedling and topical application of 20% ascorbic acid. A maximum of 3.0 mL of filler was injected per patient at all skin depths using a 23G needle. CaHA filler was diluted 1:1 with lidocaine 2% without epinephrine. Subjects presented with red (n = 25) or white (n = 10) striae on their buttocks, thighs, knees, abdomen, and breasts. This retrospective study evaluated the effectiveness of this combined therapy. We treat stretch marks using injections of diluted calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA, Radiesse) filler combined with microneedling and topical ascorbic acid. Methods are available for treating stretch marks, but high-quality evidence supporting their use is limited. Stretch marks can have a negative psychological impact on some individuals.

I will update once IвЂ™ve completed all 4.ДЄlso, there is NOTHING wrong with having stretch marks. ThereвЂ™s still a little hyperpigmentation/peeling because weвЂ™re shortening treatments to 3 weeks between (Moving soon and want to complete 4 treatments). This is a comparison picture taken before and after 2 microneedling sessions. I didnвЂ™t want to go the surgery route unless I had exhausted less invasive options. Was feeling hopeless, because a dermatologist told me IвЂ™d need to get a plastic surgeon consult for a tummy tuck and that laser and microneedling wouldnвЂ™t produce any results for me. With that being said, I have lots of stretch marks and a belly button scar from a rejected piercing that are ~10 years old. I rarely see stretch mark progress pictures. Embarrassed to post this, but I hope it helps others in my situation.
